For breakfast . I always have some bun , two eggs , and I drink milk . Sometimes , I have noodles for breakfast . This meal gives me energy for the afternoon and sports.
I never have pork . so my dinner , sdldom have pork . aften have soup , meat and vegetable . I like vegetable , because they are good for me . After dinner , I have some fruit ,because they have vitamin A , C......so have fruit is good for every one . It is also important to drink lots of water , so you drink it without getting fat .
