According to the health experts” advice.I think we should have healthy eating habits .First,we must eat regular breakfast.Then ,we should have different kinds of foods ,such as fruit,vegetables,grain,eggs,milk,meat and so on.Third,we shouldn”t eat too many snacks and fried foods.They are delicious ,but eating too much of them is unhealthy.And we should take exercise every day .I think we should do like this if we want to be healthy.
