It is my belief that "many hands make light job" in most situations. Because teamwork is necessary and important in our daily life.
Firstly, working in a team can teach us the skills of communications . As we all know, good communication can increase the understanding of each other easily. So, we can get more solution to the problem of work by working together. It's helpful to creat a better achievement. Secondly,teamwork is a good way to broken our horizons,we can gain more knowledge and work skills. These skills and knowledge are useful whatever for our life or work. Finally, what's the most important advantage is that teamwork can help us build friendships stability. Teammates in a team always help each other,solve the problems together,share the happiness or sadness. These shares can establish friendship.
